
Left Leg is in out to the side.
Knee facing ceiling or behind you, depending on how high your leg
is.
Right leg is bent with knee facing down.
Right Herkie would be opposite of this.

Arms are in a T, slightly in front of you.
You should see your arms out of the corner of your eye.
Legs rotate and the knees
point to the sky, or behind you, depending
on how high your legs are.
Eventually, knees should point back, behind the jumper.
While this is called a toe touch, do not reach for your toes.
Keep a straight back and bring your toes to your
hands.

Both legs are bent. Right leg bends in front and Left leg bends
behind you.
There are 2 ways to do this Jump. Table top, and where knees point
down.
If you sit on the ground and put your legs in position, that is
what "Table Top" looks like.
When the knees point down, you bring your feet above your knees.

Right leg is straight, in front of face.
Arm are in touch down position slightly lowered in front of face NO
lower than the chin!
Left leg is bent with knee pointing down.
Let your leg come to you. Don't go to it.
Left Front Hurdler would be the opposite of this.

Left leg in to the side with knee facing up or behind you, depending
on how high your jump is.
Right leg is bent with knee facing forward.
Right Side Hurdler would be the opposite of this.
