Fall 2012 Registration

 

Before you begin, we would like to share some basic information about this

process that may be helpful to you as you register your child(ren)

 

This system was developed as a way to conveniently register your child(ren)

in our Youth Football/Cheerleading program utilizing a credit card for payment.

All registration information to be completed is for the Fall 2012 season, to include

addresses, grade level, schools attending etc.

 

Credit card payment transactions are processed via PayPal's secure website.

 

After completing the YAPM portion of the registration form, you will be automatically directed to a secured PayPal credit card payment entry site when you select the "Buy Now" button.

Never enter credit card information on web pages that do not display the symbol on the bottom right of your screen.

 

The YAPM does not store credit card information.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. All Major credit cards are accepted.

 

You will see that we pre-fill a PayPal shipping address for you based on the information entered from our registration page. Even though we will not be shipping anything to you, this information is required for processing credit card payments.

 

Each application session must be completed in it's entirety. You can not save a partially completed application and then return at a later time to complete.

 

A charge listed as PayPal*YAPM will appear on your credit card statement.

You will receive two (2) email confirmations upon completion of your registration.

You must provide a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

  • An enrollment confirmation from the YAPM. This email will contain your registration data, additional registration instructions and possible document attachments.

  • A credit card payment receipt directly from PayPal. Please include your PayPal receipt number on the registration application and mail to the YAPM.

You will be requested to print two (2) copies of the completed YAPM registration form during the online registration process. You must mail one Signed copy to us and we ask that you write your PayPal receipt # (sent directly to you via email from PayPal) on your application. Keep the second copy for your records.
