Football Practice

                      

Practice Begins : July 16, 2012

 

Practice Days : Monday through Thursday

 

Practice Time: 5:30 to 8:00 PM

 

Practice Location : Pocono Mountain East High School - Swiftwater Campus

 

*** Modified practice schedule begins when schools are in session.

 

Practice Days: (Schools are in session): Tuesdays & Thursdays

YAPM practice sessions are full contact !

 

All players are required to submit a doctor's note (Physical Release) stating the player is healthy to play football. Physical Release forms must be received by your coach by the end of the first practice week.
 

Players must come to practice with all issued safety equipment.

• Helmet

• Shoulder pads

• Hip, thigh and back pads

• Mouth piece

• Rib protector vest

• Protective cup

• Practice Jersey

• Any other safety equipment issued to you or required by our organization

Also.. Please bring water with you to each practice.

 

Players who come to practice without their safety equipment will not be allowed to participate in contact practice drills.
